To meet our latest plans for growth and to keep up with the rapidly changing media trends, we are seeking a Multimedia Content Manager whose focus will be on video content creation, to join us in-house on a regular part-time basis to be a significant part of our dynamic marketing team. The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below. You will play a big role in company growth by identifying, planning and designing new ideas for video projects and content creation that will turn heads across our social media and marketing channels, and will be required to work closely with the Head of Product and Head of Marketing, to ensure that all visual & AV assets are truly aligned with Bibado's overall mission and values, and are delivered in an operationally efficient and cost-effective way. A passion for content creation, a can-do attitude, and a desire to contribute to a company on a mission to make a difference are absolutely essential for success in this role. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creation of visual content across marketing platforms in line with business needs
  • Creation of wide range of social media assets tailored to each platform
  • Creation of visual content for our Shopify stores - bibado.co.uk and bibado.com.
  • Development of a continuous pipeline of ads, including rigorous test and learn methodology
  • Creation of visual content for Bibado’s Amazon platforms
  • Actively embrace additional outputs when required in line with general business objectives
If you are a self-motivated video content creator with 8+ years of relevant experience, we'd love to hear from you. This is a permanent, remote role for 3 (fixed) days per week. This role will include regular travel within the UK to film with members of the Bibado team and models. Expect to travel roughly once per week to film, with the majority of that travel within South Wales and some in England. Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in video content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in videography, editing, and storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro or similar software
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns
Bonus Skills and Experience:
  • A basic understanding of, or strong interest in creating content for the nursery products industry
  • Graphic design experience, including familiarity with Canva
  • Knowledge of how advertising platforms utilise video content, and of testing and optimisation processes
