This role will involve working with:

- Brain Blasterz - the #1 sour candy brand across Europe and the Middle East

There will also be the opportunity to create new digital footprints for our other brand:

- Nurture by Nature Botanicals - category leader in personal care gifting

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for carrying out the social media strategy, driving brand awareness and engagement and utilising viral trends.

**What skills will I need?**
- Previous proven experience (and passion) as a visual content creator (or similar role).
- Proficient in editing software and platforms including premier pro, photoshop etc.
- Ability to use camera and mobile phone equipment such as a [canon] digital camera and/or android/iPhone.
- Ability to work independently with initiative and collaboratively.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Ability to think outside the box and bring creative inspiration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Creating planned and ad-hoc monthly TikTok content**: conceptualise, edit, and share engaging TikTok videos that resonate with our brand's narrative. This will include, but is not limited to, in-house and ‘on the street’ content with consumers.
- **Schedule Social Media Content**:scheduling/posting TikTok content at high-performing times.
- **On-brand Community management**: of our TikTok account, engaging on our own content and actively finding content to engage with.
- **Consistently researching trends**:using TikTok to constantly look for new and current trending sounds/visuals that align with our brand.
- **Working with the Head of Digital Marketing**: to assess, analyse and adapt the content strategy where appropriate.
- **Developing tactics and reporting**: on the performance of content to the Head of Digital Marketing, as well as strategic planning to increase follower growth and engagement.
- **Collaborating with others on the planning, discussion & development of ideas**
- **Assisting our Multimedia Designer**:during busy periods, we will require you to assist our multimedia designer with the execution of any content materials.
