Fleet Education Services is searching for experienced ESOL/EFL Tutors to provide enduring, in-person support to young learners in in Southwark. this is your opportunity to provide enduring, holistic in-person support to young people referred to us that have recently arrived within the UK. Your skill and expertise will play a leading role in improving their self-confidence and English comprehension, ultimately becoming a positive influence during their journey throughout education as they enter into mainstream education. If you're a passionate teacher or tutor, experienced in supporting ESOL/EFL and who would relish the opportunity to engage learners in education, then we'd love to welcome you into our tutoring community.
Develop and deliver personalised ESOL/EFL lesson plans designed to engage, inspire and teach.
Provide guidance and support in grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure your learner's academic success.
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.
Competitive weekly renumeration through PAYE.

Ongoing training opportunities that count towards your CPD and provide insight into working with SEN learners.
Bachelor's level degree or teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS).
Minimum 6 months teaching/tutoring experience within the UK.
Previous experience and passion for working with learners demonstrating SEN, SEMH learning needs.
TEFL/TESOL/DELTA or equivalent qualification
