As a Digital Learning Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of our organization. Produce high-quality video content tailored to learning objectives.
• Utilise Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for graphic design and multimedia creation.
• Engage in all stages of the learning process, from requirement capture, through design and development, to deployment on our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Develop product learning materials that are informative, engaging, and tailored to technical audiences with artefacts that are suitable for digital and in-person delivery.
• Adapt and contribute creatively to projects within the learning design and delivery spectrum.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Proven experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
• Strong background in video production and graphic design for learning purposes.
• Ability to create learning artefacts for both digital and in-person learning delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile team and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with other eLearning authoring tools.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Note: Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum Existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with Security Check likely for specific projects.*
