We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Security Services or Facilities Management industry and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.

Identify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis.

Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, performance, and market trends regularly to senior management.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Security Services or Facilities Management industry in the UK.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
