Must hold relevant Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification: To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification.

Proven experience as an Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), supporting teaching and learning in primary or secondary schools: We're looking for candidates with a proven track record of supporting teaching and learning in primary or secondary schools.

As an Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you'll play a crucial role in supporting students of all abilities. Flexible and adaptable approach to work: Teaching can be unpredictable, and no two days are the same. We're looking for candidates who are flexible and adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment

Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons: Provide targeted support to students who require additional assistance, both in and out of the classroom, to help them achieve their learning goals.

Assist teachers in assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers to support continuous improvement.

Contribute to the wider school community: Participate in school events and activities, collaborate with colleagues, and engage with parents and carers to foster strong partnerships and promote student success.
