They are on the lookout for a talented individual to spearhead our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing efforts.
This is a brand-new role in the team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer acquisition and retention strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll bring a proven track record in managing CRM, customer data, and email marketing to drive forward their approach. Your ability to drive efficiency and engagement through data-driven approaches will be crucial in propelling the business forward.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, strategy, and best practices.
~3+ years of experience in a similar role in e-commerce, including line management.
~ Passion for CRM and marketing automation systems.
~ Excellent data literacy and MS Excel skills.
~ Knowledge of digital marketing channels and HTML.
Marketing qualification or multi-site e-commerce experience.
