With a client base both in the UK and France, they are growing their team in the UK and seeking a bilingual (English and French) Office Manager to support their remote offices.
The role:
- Supporting the financial business operations - incoming and outgoing invoicing, payment cycles, bank statements, reconciliations, CEO expenses report, handling online purchases and company’s subscriptions (LinkedIn, Teams, Microsoft).
- Executive assistant to the CEO - Calendar & Travel management, Legal document review and some assistance with personal life management.
- Supporting HR operations - training can be provided
- Remote position based in the UK - with flexibility to travel to France when needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and French, written and spoken.
- Experience working with remote teams in the UK and internationally.
- 5 years experience as an Office Manager/PA with some accounting responsibilities.
- Lives within easy access of the Eurostar for trips to France a few times per year.
- Willingness to learn more and progress within the company.
