As a Secondary School SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support and guidance to students with SEN, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their academic and personal goals. Working closely with SENCO, teaching staff, and support teams, you will deliver engaging lessons, implement effective strategies, and provide individualized support to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities as a SEN Teacher:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that accommodate the individual learning needs of students with SEN, ensuring access to the curriculum.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO and other relevant stakeholders.
Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to support students' academic progress, social development, and independence.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with students with SEN in a secondary school setting.
Sound knowledge of SEN conditions, learning difficulties, and appropriate strategies for differentiation and support.
A flexible and collaborative approach to teaching, with a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students.
