Job Description

Associate - Syndication and Corporate Lending

  • Support the Business Manager in identifying new business prospects.
  • Assist in building and managing a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Supervise designated account portfolios to manage credit risks and identify irregular performance per the Credit Manual.
  • Conduct analysis on both new and existing clients, assessing business strategies and financials.
  • Prepare and present credit proposals and reports for risk assessment.

The Successful Applicant

Financial Services

Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Legal, or related fields.
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in bank credit and marketing within financial services.
Strong analytical and proposal writing skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Desirable:
Familiarity with LMA documentation.
Knowledge of loan syndication and UK property markets.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools like Moody's Analytics, S&P Capital IQ, and Bloomberg.
Understanding of banking laws, regulations, and financial products.
