Duties

Coordination and responsibility for results: As the person responsible for results, you will coordinate our ERP project "Microsoft Dynamics 365" and drive project development. You will create and monitor project plans and budgets and report regularly to the Executive Board and key stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.

Interdisciplinary collaboration: You enjoy working closely with the project group (around 15 colleagues) and external service providers. Your commitment ensures that everyone involved works together to achieve our digital goals and achieve the best possible benefit for our foundation.

Interface management: Drive the integration of our system landscape as part of the ERP project by precisely analyzing and documenting interfaces. You will plan and implement system integrations and ensure smooth data migration so that all our systems work together efficiently.

Automation for greater efficiency: Identify automation potential and implement solutions that optimize our workflows. Use the possibilities of D365 standard processes to increase our efficiency.

Quality assurance and risk management: Ensure the quality of our development work by implementing continuous quality assurance measures and identifying and managing potential project risks at an early stage. Your focus on quality ensures that our projects are not only completed on time, but also to the highest quality.

Communication and knowledge transfer: Ensure that everyone involved is always informed by promoting clear and transparent communication. Plan and lead training that empowers the team to fully utilize modern IT solutions and support the creation of training materials that ensure long-term knowledge retention.

Requirements

Consulting and implementation of MS Dynamics AX/D365: You bring your extensive experience in consulting and implementation of Dynamics AX/D365 to develop customized solutions for our digital challenges.

Business process optimization: Your deep understanding of business processes enables you to efficiently integrate them into Dynamics 365 solutions and thus optimize business processes.

ERP integration and automation: Use your in-depth knowledge of ERP integration and automation to create seamless system connections and automated processes that increase the efficiency of our operations.

Interface management and analysis: Your experience in interface management and strong analytical skills will help you to master complex technical challenges and make continuous improvements.

Communication and working style: Your excellent communication skills in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) as well as your team-oriented, flexible and resilient way of working, coupled with your degree in business informatics or comparable, contribute significantly to the success of our projects.
