Sous la responsabilité du directeur corporatif des opérations, le/la directeur(trice) de production sera chargé(e) de la gestion du personnel et de l’optimisation des opérations quotidiennes, depuis la réception des matières premières jusqu’à la livraison des produits finis. Il/Elle collaborera étroitement avec les départements de la maintenance, de la qualité, des ventes, des ressources humaines et de la comptabilité pour atteindre les objectifs de productivité et de croissance fixés.
Nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse pour qui la santé et la sécurité sont une priorité absolue. La personne sélectionnée sera chargée d’optimiser les plans de formation internes, de contrôler les rebuts de production et de garantir la mise à jour continue de l’analyse du prix de revient.
Gestion de la santé et de la sécurité
Démontrer un leadership fort en matière de santé et sécurité au travail pour encourager le respect des normes de sécurité par tous les membres du personnel.
Veiller à ce que l’ensemble du personnel respecte rigoureusement les procédures et règlements de sécurité établis.
Travailler en partenariat avec l’équipe de maintenance pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des correctifs visant à améliorer la sécurité des équipements et des installations.
Gestion des opérations
Établir des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et en assurer le maintien.
Veiller à l’analyse du prix de revient.
Organiser et diriger les réunions pour garantir une communication efficace et le suivi des objectifs.
Collaborer avec le département des ventes afin de gérer le carnet de commandes et les échantillons de nouveaux produits.
Coordonner les arrêts nécessaires avec le département de maintenance.
Collaborer aux projets d’ingénierie pour améliorer les processus de production.
Participer activement aux initiatives visant à optimiser les opérations et augmenter l’efficacité.
Gestion des ressources humaines
Mesurer et analyser les performances des membres de l’équipe et élaborer des plans de formation et de développement professionnel pour chaque employé.
Organiser et définir les tâches de chaque membre de l’équipe de supervision pour assurer une gestion efficace.
Résoudre rapidement et efficacement les conflits ou problèmes au sein des relations de travail.
Anticiper et organiser les besoins en personnel en fonction des prévisions de production et des objectifs stratégiques.
Gestion de la qualité
Assurer la réduction des rebuts.
Collaborer étroitement avec les employés, ainsi qu’avec les départements de la qualité et des ventes, pour s’assurer que les produits répondent aux normes de qualité les plus élevées.
Veiller à l’application rigoureuse des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF), telles que celles définies par l’AIB, pour assurer la conformité et la sécurité des produits.
Exigences minimales :
Posséder un minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans un rôle de gestion similaire en milieu manufacturier.
Diplôme en gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine connexe.
Maîtrise de la suite MS Office.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication interpersonnelle.
Sens aigu du leadership avec une forte aptitude pour le travail en équipe.
Excellentes habiletés en communication, en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
