The role:

  • As Marketing Manager youwill be responsible for building and executing the brand strategy fora leading brand within the portfolio.
  • This brand is a way oflife for many – instantly recognizable and a fantastic opportunity tomake your mark within a huge FMCG business.
  • The MarketingManager will lead the innovation pipeline and ensure the brand isachieving ambitious growth targets, shaping the vision for the brandand delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionallywith sales and category teams, aligning interests and managing keystakeholder relationships.
  • Line management responsibility –coaching your team to deliver and develop professionally.
  • You’ll have a huge amount of autonomy and freedom to makedecisions as Marketing Manager.

Idealcandidate:

  • Experience wise, we’d expect over 7 yearsmarketing experience at a senior level within Food & Beverage orConsumer sectors.
  • This is a heavily commercial orientatedrole so we are looking for individuals with experience managing asignificant P&L, coupled with strong influencing skills and leadershipexperience.
  • Have a consumer first mindset – thinks outsidethe box and is able to work with ambiguity; flexibly minded offeringinnovative solutions and challenge the status quo.
  • Have trackrecord in delivering brand growth and managing a holistic brandexperience.
  • Able to navigate the matrix, work effectivelyacross boundaries, cultures and languages, and comfortable with remoteteams.
  • Excellent project management & attention to detail isimportant.
  • Be fiercely driven and have a passion to succeedas if it was your own business….
  • A progressive and flexible working culture;expectations of 2 days in South East office
  • Salary between£70-80k (DOE) and leading benefits package including car allowance,bonus, pension & family healthcare.
