Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level?
We are looking for an Account Executive and be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where you’ll handle customer inquiries, manage orders, and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This role offers a clear progression pathway, flexibility, and a competitive salary with an OTE of £29,000
About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the heart of customer operations, managing sales order processing and inquiries from our clients website, email, and phone. You’ll work directly with customers, providing quotes, fulfilling orders, processing sample requests, and handling any issues that may arise to ensure their clients are delighted with their products.
What You’ll Do:
- Process customer orders, quotes, and sample requests
- Advise on product features, pricing, and lead times
- Coordinate with suppliers for bespoke orders and special requests
- Handle claims related to product quality, print issues, or delays
- Support internal teams such as Art, Finance, and Marketing to ensure smooth operations from order through to delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 12 months in a customer service or sales role; experience in promotional products or printing is a plus
- Skills: Strong communication skills, IT proficiency (Microsoft 365 or similar), proactive, organised, and resilient
- Mindset: Ability to thrive under a varied workload and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
- A starting salary of £23,500 with on-target earnings of up to £29,000
- 5 days in-office for the first 6 months, then moving to 3 days per week
