Domus are on the lookout for a Registered Manager in Strood, Kent to lead a dedicated staff team across Supported Living services developed for adults with Learning Disabilities. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and overall quality of the Supported Living provision, as well as Outreach Support. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Service Manager, with excellent leadership, management, and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager: Leading the overall delivery of the service, through the management of the team and liaison with the Operations Manager Developing and maintaining relationships with partners, key stakeholders and external agencies Overseeing the overall delivery of the service Working closely with our internal and external partners to achieve KPI’s Overseeing the service’s financial performance and managing the budget Managing the recruitment, performance and development of staff Flexibility around working hours is expected in accordance with the needs of the service Responsibility for health and safety in the service Registered Manager Requirements: Previous experience of working in a managerial role within a similar service, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Compassionate, caring, and hard working with a hands-on approach to support You will have experience of working in a personalised way supporting service users to maximise opportunities for personal development Proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential Benefits: Additional bonus scheme for growth incentives Use of company car, if necessary Family friendly arrangements, including opportunities for flexible working A wide range of learning and development opportunities If you are interested in the above Registered Manager vacancy, please contact Michael White at Domus Recruitment.
