A strong financial package is available. You'll receive a P&L bonus based on the performance of the business (that is already performing well, consistently).

We're seeking a credible recruitment specialist, from within the life sciences sector. You will need to have some exposure to team/people management previously, demonstrating success in your recruitment career to date.
