Recruitment Consultant – Perm, Life Sciences

Pure Healthcare & Pure Life Sciences are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Life Sciences desk.

Position Overview:

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Division: Life Sciences

Location: Liverpool Street, London


What we are looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated team player who will work closely with the Life Science team to achieve individual and team targets. A career minded individual that is keen to develop and progress and who has the ability to build and maintain relationships within their specialised market.


  • 1 year+ 360 recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of the Life Science industry.
  • Independent management of candidates, interview processes and accounts.
  • Client and job acquisition.
  • Resourcing and active headhunting.
  • End to end process management, from CV sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience


As a recruitment consultant/resourcer you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates to be placed within the Life Sciences market across Research & Development and Clinical Operations.
  • Screening and qualifying candidates, to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Generation of new business.
  • Building rapport and maintaining relationships with candidates & clients.
  • Building and maintaining the candidate database.
  • Negotiating competitive salaries for candidates.
