Job Description Red Helix is a market leader in network performance and cybersecurity. We are seeking an experienced, flexible, and highly motivated, customer focused Project Manager to work with our delivery team.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will provide management and governance to ensure projects meet the agreed requirements. The ideal Project Manager will have technical knowledge, specifically server and network infrastructure, and will be comfortable working in a fast paced and varied environment.
We are also seeking someone with an understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Experience as a Scrum Master or familiarity with Scrum principles would be a plus. You will be responsible for every aspect of the project, leading and motivating the team, and developing a close relationship with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Developing project plans, using Agile Project Methodology (preferably scrum), defining the scope of the project, and assigning team members to specific tasks.
Contribute to Agile sprint sessions and planning, managing deliverable timelines, customer expectations, resource, and budgets.
Work proactively to manage and prevent risks that could jeopardise the project.
Running project meetings, with responsibility for project and RAID updates.
Compiling weekly project summary reports, including progress on user stories, roadblocks, and key metrics.
Ownership of project related documentation with clear demarcation between internal and customer facing material.
Post project reviews and feedback.
