RH is seeking a Scheduling Associate that will represent the RH brand by acting as a point of contact to facilitate an elevated delivery experience. This role will provide our customers with luxury service through exceptional phone and email communication. You will be part of a team that is determined to earn the love of our customers by creating a unique and memorable home delivery experience. Fielding inbound and outbound calls to set up home delivery scheduling appointments in a fast-paced, high contact environment - Meet or exceed performance standards established for the role; maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Resilient and able to excel under pressure; resourceful and creative problem solver - Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and mandatory overtime as needed -
