General Manager - BMW Scunthorpe

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead our team at Marshall BMW Scunthorpe. Reporting to the Franchise Director, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Used Cars and Aftersales, driving performance, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the Store, focusing on Used cars and Aftersales.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve Sales and Aftersales targets.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Implement and maintain effective processes and standards in line with BMW and Marshall Motor Group’s policies.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and improve market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Who you are

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a Managerial role within the automotive industry. In-depth operational knowledge of Used Cars and Aftersales is a must.
