Demand Planner (Leading FMCG Manufacturer) Site-based Monday to Friday (Possible hybrid working post probation period)
Up to £50,000 + Pension, Life Insurance & 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Boston, Lincolnshire, is seeking to recruit an experienced and commercially astute Demand Planner. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to interpret customer forecasting data and drive the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process effectively. Responsibilities include reporting on forecast accuracy, preparing data for the S&OP cycle, and collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop precise, demand-driven forecasts. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with procurement to ensure timely inventory replenishment.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in forecasting ideally within an FMCG organization.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is essential.
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical, data visualization, and reporting capabilities.
