This Rebourn branch is currently working at an average of 8,000 items per month doing Pharmacy First and Travel Vaccination Services. Key Duties Leadership and Management: As a manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy is crucial. This involves managing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. It also includes handling administrative duties such as scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff training. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the pharmacy operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws is essential. This includes maintaining proper documentation, adhering to medication storage and handling protocols, and staying up-to-date with changes in regulations. Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, ordering medications and supplies, and overseeing stock rotation are important aspects of the role. This helps ensure that the pharmacy has an adequate supply of medications while minimizing waste and controlling costs. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is a priority.
