About the company.
This company will have doubled in size since lockdown and is now looking for another Sales Administrator to join their team.
Whether it's part of the sales administration team based at Wynyard, or at the family headquarters and distribution centre in London - they look after their staff and people are happy.
About you.
You'll process customer orders that come in by email and speak to customers by phone, if items are out of stock. So you'll be comfortable in this job if you have previous sales administration experience and enjoy giving great service.
The team process lots of orders and handle queries, so you'll never have a dull moment, other than when you take a break to put the kettle on.
Good attention to detail is essential in this role, you will be responsible for running reports and sending out information to customers.
You will be adaptable and be able to prioritise your workload. You will be confident and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
You'll work Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, as it's busy each morning, processing orders that have landed overnight. Do you like to start the weekend early? Then this role is for you You will work 7:30 am-3.30 pm on a Friday.
You'll work in a smart, high-specification business centre (although there's a relaxed dress code in the office) which offers you free parking, easy access (not stuck in traffic) as well as on-site childcare and gym facilities. As the business park isn't served by public transport, it would be useful to have access to your own car. You
