- This role is permanent position working from 8.00am until 4.30pm Monday - Friday (40 hours per week). - you will be expected to work one late night per week (6pm)

**THE BUSINESS**
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a successful bespoke manufacturing company who are at the forefront of new technology, based in Durham they are actively seeking a Sales Administrator to join their Customer Service Team. **THE ROLE**
As Sales Administrator, you will join a close-knit team and work in an extremely busy working environment which is fast paced and requires excellent organisation and prioritising skills. This is a position where you will be required to use your initiativeto take responsible for your own work.
Some of your key duties will include:
- First point of contact for customer service department/business via telephone and Sales Inbox
- Processing of orders including; new and amendments
- Use of Microsoft Navision our ERP system
- Sending of sales order confirmations
- Create and send sales invoices
- Create sales credit note requests
- Create and update customer price lists
- Raise internal orders within group
- Support of order management to the Sales Managers and customers including outstanding order reports, quotations, usage reports
- Answering/forwarding of new enquiries including preparation of quotations and new account information
- Create and send surplus product stock lists
- YTD customer figures
- Order capacity reports
- Order intake vs production final
- Work with sales managers and customers to meet customer delivery expectations
- Meeting report preparation
- Filing
- Supporting the department in administrative tasks during busy periods or absence
- Primary contact for community requests, liaise with management
- Create delivery notes for outward deliveries
- Liaise with wagon loading team on loading requirements/plans
**THE PERSON**
You must meet the following requirements:
- Strong administrative experience, ideally in a sales orientated role
- Extremely customer focused and committed to delivering the highest standards of customer care
- Strong telephone manner and confidence in speaking with customers
- Personable and friendly, with the ability to generate new ideas
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in an extremely busy working environment
