It is in this context that we are looking to appoint a Knowledge Exchange Manager, within the Faculty of Science, for the Partnerships & Knowledge Exchange Service within Research, Partnerships and Innovation. The Partnerships & KE Service enables and supports academics, students and external partners to grow impact, partnerships and reputation from KE activity and maximise the University’s market share of KE and innovation funding. The Faculty of Science comprises five departments, each home to world-leading researchers tackling some of our most pressing challenges.

This exciting and strategic role will not only provide you with the opportunity to lead and deliver significant change across a leading Russell Group university but will also provide you with the chance to work across multiple teams, lead relationships with high profile companies and contribute to major funding bids and strategic partnerships.

The Partnerships & KE Service facilitates academically-led partnerships, innovation and knowledge exchange activity to support the delivery of the University’s 5-Year Vision . We are particularly looking for candidates with experience of developing collaborations, leading projects across multiple teams, forming new relationships based on external requirements and strong presentation and communication skills.
