**Responsibilities**:

- Work on escalated issues from the Service Desk
- Queue monitoring to identify possible issue trends based on submitted tickets
- Effectively diagnose and research escalated tickets to determine appropriate action.

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in an IT Support role, with 1-2 years hands-on technical knowledge.
- Application experience - Office 365, Exchange Server, Licences, SQL, AD or Bespoke in-house Applications.
- Ideally experience in a professional services/financial firm.

This role is fully onsite and working hours between 8am-6pm.
