Interim Finance Operations Manager

London based Technology business are looking to hire an Interim Finance Operations Manager asap for a 6 month interim period, reporting to the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the role could be delivered mainly remotely, with 1 day per week spent in their London office…preferably 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing
  • Lead timely collection of accounts receivables and enforce credit policies
  • Supervise payroll function, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency of all transactional finance operations

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Accountant or equivalent
  • Experienced leader of Finance Operations departments
  • Deep understanding across all areas of transactional finance
  • Strong process improvement skills, combined with outstanding interpersonal skills
