The people we support have a variety of different hobbies which we’ll be looking to you to take an active interest in, from going out for a tasty bite or catching the latest movie to a gym session or group activity, the list is endless.

To be part of our team, we’ll need you to:

Our dedicated friendly team provide 24/7 support which is tailored to the needs of each individual, so depending on shift length you may be supporting more than one individual but do not worry as we factor travel into your hours. Our shifts include 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm and sleepovers which start at 9am until 9am the following day and sleep between 11pm and 7am.

There may be occasions that you will be asked to start early or stay later depending on activities the people we support have on.

All successful Support Practitioner applicants will be given a conditional offer- this is subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and PVG; having a conviction will not necessarily debar you from working in this sector.
