Experienced Practitioner Role

Are you a passionate individual, eager to support and nurture individuals to live their best lives? We are currently recruiting for a fantastic organisation to support in Moray. We are looking for support practitioners to work within housing support services. The role of a support practitioner will involve working directly with adults supporting them with all aspects of their life including developing life skills such as communication, social skills, and encouraging independence as well as taking the clients out on exciting visits and to events.
Competitive pay rates of £12 - £18 per hour
Opportunity for permanent placement through the T2P Scheme
Training and Development
40 hours per week with excellent shift times with long days and sleepovers Your Main Duties will be:
Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people
Communicate and work well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships
Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragementWhat you will bring to the role - to excel in this role you will need to evidence:
Experience with complex care, learning disabilities and mental health
Driver with access to your own car
Medication training
Good team-working skills and a positive attitude are essential qualities
Strong work ethic and organised to support routines
