Are you a Lead Electronic Design Engineer looking for an exciting new role where you will have the chance to design and develop world-renowned products whilst leading a high performing & passionate team with a globally recognised company who are well known for their ongoing development & progression ?

Do you want to work at a world class facility where you can work for a globally recognised brand whilst leading a successful team alongside continually developing your technical & managerial skills?

This company are a globally recognised business which specialise in the manufacture of specialist consumer, commercial and industrial products. They are experiencing ongoing expansion & as such they are looking for a Lead Electronic Design Engineer to lead a team & work alongside industry experts.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in Electronic Design in a team lead role and be looking to work for a world-renowned company in a varied & interesting role.

Embedded & power electronic design, schematic capture, PCB layout & simulation
Diagnose and mitigate EMC/EMI problems
Power supply design, PWM experience, High voltage design
DFM, DFT (Design for manufacturability, Design for testability)
Significant knowledge in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with experience in a team lead role
Ideally a background in consumer products (power electronics, portable devices, power tools etc.)
Commercial experience (negotiation techniques, supply chain management, volume manufacturing, customer relationship development)
