We are excited to welcome adynamic and strategic Customer Service Manager to our team.In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development andimplementation of our customer relationship management strategies.Your expertise will directly contribute to elevating our brand'sreputation and fostering lasting relationships with our valuedcustomers.
Develop and execute comprehensive CRMstrategies that align with our brand values and business objectives.
Utilise customer data to segment audiences, personaliseinteractions, and contribute to the creation of targeted marketingcampaigns.
Analyse customer behaviors and trends toidentify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences.
Oversee the management of customer databases, ensuring data accuracyand compliance with regulations.
Measure and report on theeffectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing actionable insights forcontinuous improvement.
Drive innovation by stayinginformed about industry trends and emerging CRM technologies.
Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in CRM, preferably within the luxury orfashion industry.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpretcomplex data sets.
Strategicthinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
