Previous experience as a Health and Safety Consultant is not essential, it is more important you have effective communication and relationship building skills and enjoy working with variety of people. This role offers the opportunity to experience a variety of industry sectors, build long term relationships and future training opportunities. About the role As a result of their growing client base, the company are therefore seeking to recruit a Health and Safety Consultant to join their close-knit team. This a home-based role offering excellent work-life balance, with regular site visits to a variety of local SME clients, in the West Midlands and surrounding counties. Everyday can be different, you maybe auditing, writing health and safety policies, producing risk assessments, delivering health and safety training or coaching staff and managers. Ideally you will have strong background in either working in construction or with sub-contractor/trades or a manufacturing/production background.
