The Role

As a Syndigo PIM Solution Architect you will start engagement and drive the architectural discussions. You will also contribute to business workshops, instill best practices and finalise the design whilst working hand in hand with the Syndigo team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct architectural analysis and evaluation of business processes.
  • Partner with customers' business and technology teams to design solutions that add value and efficiency and meet business requirements.
  • Analyse the current data model, source data models and the Target Logical data model.
  • Validate the architecture principles and guidelines.​
  • Provide input for current architecture and associated pain areas.
  • Communicates the architectural vision, benefits and impacts of the implementation to stakeholders.
  • Creates the To-be solution architecture and ensure its flexible to cater for later phases.
  • Recommends the hierarchies, attributes and their configurations as per best practices.
  • Convert the logical model to Syndigo Physical data model.
  • Ensures the future business processes align to the target data model and Architecture.
  • Liaise between Syndigo's product engineering team and professional services team to find the most appropriate solution for customers' business needs.
  • Assist in defining the right governance model, security structure and Operational processes.
  • Suggest Data Quality Metrics to measure data quality parameters.
  • Participate in business requirement gathering sessions, create and review technical requirements documents, and assist in the reconciliation of technical and business requirements.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end solutions.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Minimum of two full-cycle implementations of Syndigo PIM as Solution Architect.
  • Strong technical expertise in Hierarchy Management, Data Modeling, Workflow, Web UI, Inbound/ Outbound Integration, Data migration, Dashboards and Asset Management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience of managing and working with people from different ethnicity and culture.
