What you’ll be doing:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Location Intelligence team within in the Leisure sector.

Our team enable some of the largest global brands to spend less and sell more, by ensuring they invest the right resources in the right locations at the right time. Whether this is through value driven software solutions or professional consultancy services that deliver measurable change anywhere in the world. Our leisure clients are household names and include the likes of Tortilla, Nando’s, Gaucho, Chopstix, Creams, Greene King, Stonegate, Brasserie Bar Co, Odeon, Hollywood Bowl Group, Genting, Five Guys, itsu, Big Table Group, TeamSport, Jet2 and ThirdSpace.

The push for experience and the growth of online retail means that leisure will make up a growing proportion of our towns, cities, leisure parks and local areas overtime. • Who is my target customer and where/how do I find more of them?
• What is the turnover potential including on-site and delivery sales for a location?
• Which brand partners offer me the best potential for growth and where are they located?
• What’s the growth potential of the brand across UK and key international markets?
• How do we use data to continuously review, learn and optimise our actions to deliver bottom line growth through sales uplift and cost-savings?
• Which sites have the greatest sales uplift opportunity?
• What products should I sell in each site to meet the mission/occasion of local consumers?
• What marketing delivers the greatest results to the business, and how can I do more of this?
• What is the optimal size and structure for each of my sale channels to ensure sales growth?
• How do I deliver a personalised experience to customers to maximise long-term, high-potential client relationships and grow sales and profitability?
• How can we provide excellent on-site execution and focus resource on high-value, high-potential sites?
• How does my performance compare to other operators within the market?

Ideally you will also have:

• Experience of working in Leisure sectors would be of benefit although not essential. Your interest and passion for the sector is enough
