This is an exciting time to be joining the Integrated Marketing Group. Our aim is to continue the development of our proposition, which supports our tremendous growth and client relationship which means your role as an Business Development, is vital to the support of our clients.
You will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and well-known brands in the marketplace across a wide range of sectors, including but not limited to financial services, retailers, telco’s, charities, media and digital agencies and beyond.
Considering what data solutions drive marketing strategies, and presenting the solutions
Considering insight that drives CRM
Joining offline and online data through data technology solutions
Assessing how to support a network (store or branch) expansion strategy
Utilise personal and industry contacts (using a wide range of tools such as Linked-In Sales Navigator) to raise CACI’s profile and generate interest in our solutions, secure meetings, facilitate SME’s, presentations, and subsequent proposals
Work with the Marketing department to tailor and/or create additional product proposition and sales collateral as well as ensure internal and external communications and GTM plans
Management of opportunities within NetSuite (for the detailed sales pipeline) for nominated accounts
Rigorous focus on process ensuring regular monthly meetings that drive new business and grow accounts cross-sell, up-sell and new business
Interface with the technical, planning and insight teams to ensure accurate handover of delivery as well as handover of the overall delivery process as required as any new products or partnerships become established
Understand CACI’s core data products to help educate our clients
Driving key RFP’s, bids, and contracts to support the sales operations process and efficient close of contracts
Results driven with a professional approach to business development and a successful track record
Persuasive at senior levels
Good understanding of all Microsoft Office products
A strong new business mentality and sales record

Your development is key and is a top priority for the team. We offer 3 types of training: externally run consulting courses, externally run bespoke courses and internal courses. Everyone has different training requirements which means everyone has their own training plan. A bespoke training plan will be created for you when you join.
