Our client is a leading provider of Gullet Cruises, Small Ship Cruises and Cruise and Stay Holidays. They also excel in creating Tailor-Made Holidays to destinations around the Med and their mission is to offer their clients the most exclusive travel experiences.
They’re now looking for an Operations & Admin Executive to join their team in a fully homebased role and will consider any candidates with operations, admin, sales or customer service gained within the travel sector.

This is a mostly 9am – 5pm role, Monday to Friday, so will suit those looking for sociable working hours and who are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within a small and friendly team.

In return, our client can offer a salary circa £24k, plus excellent benefits including heavily discounted holidays and opportunities for free overseas accommodation from suppliers.

Book and confirm hotels, transfers, tours, or any other necessary components with overseas suppliers.
Email travel documents to clients.
Manage the necessary back-office paperwork between the TTA head office and the company.
Assist clients in resolving any overseas problems efficiently and promptly.
Previous travel industry experience - essential
Strong administration and customer service skills
