Join our team and make a difference in the food industry As a key member of our organization, your role will be to provide exceptional sensory services, ensuring the highest quality for our beloved Weetabix brands. Your responsibilities will also include efficiently coordinating scientific services and system support. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining laboratory accreditation and ensuring that our business unit is always ready to operate 365 days a year. To manage the Sensory facility including all aspects of Health & Safety, budget, and equipment/method performance
To deliver the Sensory testing service to meet service level requirements and KPIs
To lead an effective team through clear objectives to achieve performance goals
To provide expert advice on sensory related work to key areas of the business including NPD, Innovation, Marketing, Manufacturing and Quality
2-3 years of laboratory/food safety/Quality or sensory experience
Ability to translate data into information
