We are looking for a highly organised, self-sufficient, and proactive Temporary Administrative Support professional to assist the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager in delivering a high-impact transformation project within the Talent Acquisition function. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of project tasks, including content creation, research, data management, and general administrative support. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative project that is reshaping the way our business approaches Talent Acquisition. You will be working closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager, gaining exposure to strategic initiatives and contributing to meaningful process improvements. Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Content Creation : Assist in the creation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports. This includes drafting content for PowerPoint decks, project updates, and communication materials.
Research : Conduct research on various topics as required by the project, summarising findings in a clear and concise manner.
Data Management : Manage, update, and analyse spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry.
Project Tracking : Update and maintain project trackers, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure the project stays on course.
Support the Project Manager in identifying areas for process improvement within the Talent Acquisition function, assisting in the documentation and implementation of new procedures.
Communication : Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of project updates and requirements.
Task Management : Handle various administrative tasks independently, with minimal supervision, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on time.

Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when managing data, preparing documents, and updating project trackers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, teams and Outlook are essential.
A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility and Adaptability : Comfortable working in a changing environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
Experience : Previous experience in a similar administrative or project support role is ideal, especially within a fast-paced, transformative business environment.
