We are continuing to build the Quality Team and looking for a Quality Operations and Engineering scheduler to assist the Quality Manager with their day to day tasks. T-Scan Limited is organised around Development, IT Support, Operations, Customer Service Support, Finance, Sales and Quality. 

Following an initial period of training and demonstration of competence, the successful candidate will primarily support core functional areas within Quality Operations, with an emphasis on engineering scheduling, client liaison and customer support inbox. The role is London office based during UK working hours and the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks in agreement with their Line Manager:

Engineering Scheduling 
Organise workflow by obtaining information from account managers, clients or other departments (internally)
Respond to emails and phone calls from the clients and suppliers in respect of scheduling
Liaise with T-Scan or contractor engineers to support clients with any issues 
Provide training to the clients.

Maintain of T-Scan stock inventory
Manage and organise inventory
Check stock inventory data regularly to predict future demand and order forecasting
Maintain WEEE collection process

Support colleagues with administration tasks as may from time to time be required.

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience is essential
Previous experience of working in the science sector (NHS, R&D, Production, Testing) preferable
Administrative writing skills
xls to an intermediate standard (basic formulas, data analysis, data visualisation)
Competence with MS Office Suite and GSuite.
Capable of working independently (or with minimum supervision)
