- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of production processes
- Responsible for working with production and supply chain team to ensure sufficient frozen meals are brought in
- Responsible for inventory management of finished goods within production shop floor
- Liaise with Chef, production supervisor and operations team to ensure adherence to meal uplift schedule
- Liaise with Stores and external vendors to ensure delivery plans are met in a timely manner
- Running reports using SAP and to review and monitor daily uplift plans and sales to ensure variance are kept to a minimal
- Responsible for organizing and presenting variance reports in a weekly basis
- Identify, extract and analyse operational bottlenecks and resource utilisation rate
- Make recommendation on operational requirements to cater to new and existing capabilities, products and services related to business unit
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in Production, Logistics, Manufacturing or Planning
- Candidate(s) in the area of Aviation and/or Catering would be an advantage
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Good communication skills and able to work well with staff from all level
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to review complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Strong functional use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and/or within a collaborative team structure
- Self-motivated individual with high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments
