Given the nature role, they are looking for someone who has created & delivered training with a focus on IT software or systems. This role will require someone to both create & deliver training, so knowledge of Training Needs Analysis and working with stakeholders is essential.
Your primary responsibility will be to design, create, and deliver top-notch training programs to empower the end-users. THIS ROLE REQUIRES 5 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE - this is due to the amount of delivery needed in the first few months.
