Previous experience of working in an SME in a stand-alone HR role? Want to work for a business that makes a real difference to people’s lives?
We’re delighted to be working with a pioneering, innovative biotech to find their HR/People Operations Lead. Based in Oxford they operate a hybrid working model with 3 days a week in the office and are happy to consider candidates on either a full or part-time basis (4 days a week).
This is a stand-alone generalist HR role encompassing all aspects of the employee life cycle whilst continually ensuring and improving the employee experience.

Leading the delivery of all core HR processes including talent reviews, performance management and reward
Partnering with hiring managers and external agencies to deliver the recruitment strategy
Inputting into payroll and ensuring benefits renewals
Promoting and leading on health and wellbeing initiatives
Ensuring the values are embedded across all HR processes

With previous experience operating at HR Business Partner / Manager level in a dynamic small business environment operating in the biotech / tech sector, you’ll have a real people centred approach, enjoy an operationally focused HR role and have the confidence and ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
