Mechanical Project Manager
a national M&E provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent levels of service. Due to contract growth my client is currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to work within the Warwick area.
Key duties of the Mechanical Project Manager include:
* Project manage the installation of mechanical service installations.
* Manage multiple tenders and projects throughout various stages.
* Organising and managing direct labour and subcontractors.
* Identifying, documenting, and costing project variations.
* Compiling final accounts.
* Carry out site surveys and prepare reports.
* 5+ industry years' experience in a similar role such as a Mechanical Project Manager.
* SMSTS Required.
* NVQ level 3 or above.
