Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as the Group Head of Sales at Daytona Motorsport located in Esher. As the Group Head of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, managing key accounts, leading and developing the sales team, and driving sales growth. You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse sales data
  • Proven experience in account management and sales
  • Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership
  • Expertise in sales management and developing sales strategies
