TEAM The ITSO (IT Services and Airline Operations) organisation is responsible for the rapid delivery of reliable, scalable, and efficient IT infrastructure services that underpin the technology essential to easyJet's growth and strategic ambitions. Within ITSO, the Workplace Products team designs, delivers, and manages digital workplace solutions that enhance the employee experience. The team's includes Productivity & Collaboration, Workplace Devices, and Adoption & Automation. These products enable more effective ways of working, boost employee engagement and agility, and leverage consumer-grade technologies to support a modern, connected workforce. JOB PURPOSE The Digital Workplace Product Adoption Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies that promote the effective adoption of Digital Workplace Products among easyJet employees. A key focus will be driving adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365 tools to support modern ways of working. This role is pivotal for driving the successful adoption of digital workplace technologies and ensuring a seamless, user-centric digital employee experience (DEX). Blending change management, user experience design, and platform enablement, the role will shape and execute adoption strategies that maximise the value of digital tools across the organisation, empowering employees, enhancing productivity, and supporting easyJet's digital transformation journey. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES The Digital Workplace Product Adoption Specialist is responsible for driving the successful adoption and effective use of Workplace Products. This includes developing strategies, delivering training, enabling change, and continuously improving the digital employee experience. The role reports to the Workplace Product Adoption & Automation Product Lead. Adoption Strategy & Planning • Define and execute adoption strategies aligned with business goals and user needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives that maximise product value and engagement. • Align adoption efforts with change management, communications, and platform roadmaps. • Contribute to the design and execution of adoption strategies at scale Engagement & Enablement • Develop targeted messaging and campaigns tailored to user roles and digital maturity. • Build and maintain user personas to inform onboarding and engagement strategies. Training & Knowledge Sharing • Design and deliver training programs, toolkits, and self-serve resources. • Promote peer learning through community channels and ·Tips & Tricks· content. Change Leadership • Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of digital curiosity and continuous learning. • Identify impacted user groups and deliver clear, user-focused communications. Performance & Value Management • Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to assess impact and identify improvement • Provide actionable insights to leadership to inform product and engagement strategies. • Track measurable outcomes such as increased M365 usage, reduced support tickets, and improved satisfaction scores. Architecture & Technology Management • Research & Innovation - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable recommendations. • Technology Evaluation & Selection - Evaluate current and emerging technologies through a user-centric lens. • Strategic Partnerships & Value Realisation - Build strong relationships with internal and external partners (e.g., Microsoft & TCS) TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 suite: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, Power Platform. Familiarity with M365 Admin Centre, usage analytics, and reporting tools. Awareness of security, compliance, and governance in M365. Experience with digital content creation (Sway, Stream, Forms, PowerPoint). Skilled in developing and delivering engaging training and enablement resources. Experience applying change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
