DXRX is the world’s first diagnostic commercialization platform for precision medicine, integrating multiple pipelines of real-world diagnostic testing data from a global network of laboratories.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product Management to lead our innovative product team and facilitate the strategic vision and execution of our product portfolio. As the Head of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to Diaceutics growth and success.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role requires significant experience in building and delivering product management processes with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the development of a comprehensive product and service roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements to deliver exceptional value to customers.
Team Leadership and Management:
~ Product Development and Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end product commercial lifecycle, from concept to launch, while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics and user insights to optimize product features and drive continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, providing regular updates on product strategy, milestones, and performance.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
People Skills: demonstrable experience of leading a product management team and working as part of a cross-functional senior management team with excellent inter-personal skills.
Customer Service / External Impact: demonstrable experience of understanding customer and market trends, with the ability to translate these into requirements for product development.
Initiative and Independence: the individual should be able to identify, implement and manage product development processes to meet the needs for clients, stakeholders and leadership
Education – bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience – minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Head of Product Management role ideally within the healthcare, pharma or diagnostic industry Candidates with strong data or SaaS platform and or precision medicine experience is highly valued.
Experience working within a data vendor to pharma would be preferable
Computer and software Knowledge and Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, skilled user of Excel and PowerPoint.
