We are currently seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate to join a vibrant school in Newham. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational or Clinical Psychologists looking to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities of the Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
Provide 1:1 support to SEN children, including those with Autism, Global Delay, and Speech & Language difficulties Assist in delivering tailored interventions and support within the classroom Collaborate with teachers and the SENCo to create a safe and inclusive learning environment Work closely with children who have Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) Help monitor student progress and adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs Engage in professional development and training opportunities provided by the school
