Job Description

Oliver Brown, a vibrant menswear tailoring brand, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Manager to join our Ecommerce and Marketing Team.

The Position

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual, with a willingness to learn and develop their skills as part of a hardworking and super friendly team. You will be responsible for manging and driving the performance of the UK & ROW store and the separate US store. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in eCommerce operations, exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for continuous improvements to drive the brands success. You will be working closely with the Ecommerce Director to implement a cohesive strategy to drive the business forwards to meet key sales targets and ensure a seamless customer experience for the Oliver Brown customer.

Key Responsibilities

·Trading Performance Reporting and Trend Identification:

·Responsibilities

·Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the global website, ensuring its efficiency and functionality on Shopify Plus.

·Compile comprehensive reports on trading and KPI performance, identifying trends and opportunities on a weekly/monthly basis.

·Continue to devise ways to reduce returns online in line with recommendations in ecommerce strategy

·Analyse historical sales data to identify high/low performing products / categories.

·Implementing strategies to work more efficiently with internal teams (customers services, logistics & production)

·Report on business trends and provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team on how to further maximize results for our e-commerce business.

·Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

·Oversee product drops for the product plan throughout the season

·Collaborate closely with developers to enhance website speed, functionality, and user experience, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal performance.

·Devise and implement online content strategy in line with overall marketing and retail plan

·Updating the website in line with the Commercial Trading calendar and marketing strategy

·Organise Ecomm shoots with assistance from Ecommerce Assistant

·Understanding, review and action points from Customer Service to elevate the customer experience with regular meetings to review and feedback results.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

·Strong organisation and project management capabilities.

·Excellent attention to detail.

·Ability to multitask.

·Excellent communication, listening and presenting skills.

·Regularly gives constructive feedback to the team and reports, understanding how the needs of one individual differ from another.

·Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate these into commercial strategies. Someone with a positive attitude who will help build a passionate culture in our team. Experience working within fashion, preferably within menswear

7+ years professional experience.

·Ecommerce Retail background, experience working with Adobe Creative Suit, Excel, Shopify, Google Analytics and leading email service providers (such as Mailchimp / Klavyio)

·Experience in digital marketing, trading and a track record working with founders | entrepreneurial privately owned businesses preferable.

·Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
