HRC recruitment is a reputable and thriving organisation dedicated to providing high-quality services in the Scottish hospitality industry. As part of our expanding team, we are seeking a skilled and experienced PVG Chef to join our dynamic kitchen staff.

As a PVG Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety within our organisation. Ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) regulations and guidelines.
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, following hygiene and safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and coordinate menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimising waste.
Collaborate with management to implement and maintain quality control measures.
