The Senior Platform Owner – Digital Workplace will lead and drive different service lines, she/he needs to be forward thinking, Innovative, cross-functionally and work with different teams to define, execute and manage unified and mobility solutions. Work closely with third-party partners and suppliers, negotiate contracts and managing those relationships as well as maintaining relationships with key partners like Apple, Google, and Microsoft.

This individual will be responsible for the strategic solutions of Digital Workplace, managing enhancement projects.

Through these enhancements we enable our business partners to better service clients and develop our business to build efficiency and scalability.

Success in this role means representing the needs of the business and client-facing service employees while working with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and business leaders to execute strategic initiatives within a designated platform that deliver scale, efficiency, and an overall enriched advisor experience.

Essential Job Requirements

  • Expertise in mobility endpoint technology, implementation and use cases as well as deep knowledge of tools used in the bank specifically in the endpoint areas in the scope of endpoint computing and user experience
  • Additional knowledge of the future and innovative technologies which will give the banking with cutting edge technology, expertise on messaging and collaboration, Board Room and conferencing solution
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and internal business stakeholders to deliver best in class communication system and solutions, messaging and mobile solutions and alignment with strategy
  • Strong working experience and in-depth knowledge on multiple platforms, Third party tools, and up-to-date industry knowledge
  • Technology expert on, Office 365, MS Teams, device security, virtualization, managing product life cycle, product evaluation and obsolescence
  • Able to provide technical direction and help needed by the team and be able to assist in architectural/design discussion.
  • Knowledge of the future and innovative technologies which will give the banking with cutting edge, expertise on end-user computing technology.

Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding of General IT Service Management policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Understanding and experience of digital solutions
  • Knowledge and experience IT infrastructure, design and architect
  • Good understanding of banking IT Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations, and with ITSM best practices, O365, messaging, MDM, MAM, IOS, Android, Windows, and other mobile platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to accurately report information in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to prioritize and evaluate a high number of tasks at once
  • Self - Driven & Goal Oriented
  • Driving & Co-ordination skills
  • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and senior level technology management experience with emphasis on unified communication services, Mobility solutions
  • 4+ years of experience in Finance / Banking industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing mobile and wireless technology.
  • 4+ years of experience in ITIL Service Management processes: Change and Release
  • University degree in Information Technology, IS or equivalent academic degree
